DOUGH INGREDIENTS: type "00" soft wheat flour, butter, dark chocolate 13% (72%, cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract), milk chocolate 13% (46%, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, sugar, natural vanilla extract, emulsifier: soy lecithin), sugar, water, egg yolks, natural yeast, honey, orange paste, salt, pods of vanilla. AMARETTO GLAZED INGREDIENTS: sugar, hazelnuts 13%, almonds 7%, egg white, bitter almonds 3%, corn flour, potato starch, bitter cocoa. Contains gluten, milk proteins, soy, egg proteins and nuts.
