Pan Nociato was born as a simple and not very sweet product that was prepared and stored by families for the winter. Over time the recipe has been enriched with eggs, butter, sugar, to become a real dessert, to be prepared for the holidays, especially for Christmas. On the occasion of Easter there is also the savory version of Pan Nociato with walnuts, cheese, pecorino cheese and pepper. Excellent for breakfast and at any time of the day, delicious to give as a gifts or to enjoy during holidays.
