Since he was a child, Roberto took on with pastry making, thanks to his grandfather who owned a bakery. He has worked since he was teenager in the bakery, a fine flagship of Tolentino. DOUGH INGREDIENTS: type "00" soft wheat flour, butter, sugar, 32% pistachio cream (white chocolate: sugar, 35% cocoa butter, whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, vanilla natural; pistachio praline: pistachios 42.2%, sugar, almonds 17.8%; seed oil), egg yolks, water, natural yeast, honey, orange paste, salt, vanilla pods. AMARETTO GLAZE INGREDIENTS: sugar, hazelnuts 10%, almonds 7%, egg white, pistachio grains 5%, bitter almonds 3%, corn flour, potato starch, bitter cocoa. Contains gluten, soy, milk proteins, egg proteins and nuts. It may contain traces of Peanut.
