The bouquet of this beer was inspired by subtle notes of caramel and bread crust, associated with herbal hints. Craft Beer Mater Dea has no preservatives, is not filtered nor pasteurized, all to avoid thermal stress to the product and keep unchanged the organoleptic properties typical of craft beer. Mater Dea should be served at a temperature of about 7 degrees.
The Brewery, Birrificio Angeloni, is located in Monte Porzio, on the hills of Valcesano; being surrounded by barley fields, it has always maintained an unbreakable bond with the land and the raw material from which the product originates. The craft beers produced by Azienda Agricola Angeloni are high fermented and aged in bottle, unfiltered, not pasteurized and without preservatives. Processing methods put in place after threshing, and the malting process, allow to create an agronomic chain where authenticity and goodness of raw materials, inspiration and respect for the local ecosystem work togheter with the aim of attaining perfect craft beers .
