All the flavours of Mount Conero on the same spoon! With this motto you can describe all the tastes and the deep aroma of this particular marmalade. The “Conero” jam is born from the union between the precious apple from Marche, which gives consistency and sweetness, with the Rosso Conero DOC wine which gives taste and a very special touch of class. It is excellent to be coated on low and medium seasoned cheeses or even on a simple slice of crispy bread, to enjoy totally its intense and lovable aroma.

This special jam is born from an Ambrosia company's intuition to create a marmalade that encloses the flavours of the “Riviera del Conero” and the view on the “infinity hills”. The precious wine Rosso Conero DOC by Varano Angels Farm is added on the valuable apples from Marche, then we achieve to a truly superb mix and result is a jumble of goodness.


Ambrosia di Grossi Alex. Via della Repubblica, 7. Sirolo (AN). The "Craftsmen of nature", this is the slogan of the Ambrosia company from Sirolo. A slogan that is also a philosophy of their life. The purpose of this small company, located right in the wonderful Conero Park, is to grow high-quality products, to turn them in high quality products. On their crops, followed with love and passion, quality fruits and vegetables grow, without any help from pesticides or fertilizers, with the intention to bring ancient tastes on our tables. 

Apple from Marche region 64%, cane sugar, Red Conero DOC 14%, lemon. Fruits 90 gr on 100 g; sugar 45 gr on 100 gr. Nutritional values for 100 gr: Energy Kcal 190, Kj 794; Fats 0,2 g of which satured fatty acids 0,0 g. Carbohydrates 48,2 g. of which sugars 45,4 g. Proteins 0,7 g. Dietary fibers 1,6 g. Salt 3 mg.

General Information: Preserves can be consumed au naturel or cooked. How to eat: Preserves are delicious spread on warm bread or on a buttered focaccia or cookies. They pair well also with meat, instead of sauces, and with hard and savoury cheeses. Due to the high percentage of fruit, extra preserves are scrumptious also enjoyed by itself, as a dessert. The preserves can be used also to make baked desserts: pies, cookies and cakes.
