A truly original and very sweet Tasting experience that we offer you, to learn about some of the specialties of our beautiful region through the products and take a real journey into taste. From the hills of the province of Ancona we have selected the Lonzino di Fico, made with dried figs, which can be cut into slices and enjoyed as a dessert or in small pieces with ice cream or yogurt or as an accompaniment to aged cheeses. In the same it's located the Cioccolateria Mencarelli Cocoa Passion, from which we have selected the Nocciolato with extra virgin olive oil and a bar of milk chocolate and yogurt (the chocolate bar in the mix may vary according to availability). From the province of Urbino we have chosen one of the Renaissance recipes, based on candied cedar and almonds, made by Rinascimento a Tavola. The Cantiano cherries in syrup from the Corte Luceoli farm could not be missing. Enjoy your tasting experience!

The Mostazzoli del Duca should only be discovered and tasted one after another, perhaps with a glass of a sweet wine. Sour cherries in syrup are excellent for filling sweets and cakes, to accompany ice cream, yogurt or creams and also ... to enjoy simply by a spoon. Nocciolato is a special nougat with hazelnuts to taste at Christmas. And the chocolate bar is a break full of energy.
The products that Tasting Marche has chosen are unique and protected, which is why it has entrusted the cooperative La Bona Usanza of Serra dei Conti (AN) for the special Lonzino di Fico, a Slow Food Presidium. For the Nocciolato with extra virgin olive oil and the Chocolate and yogurt bar we turned to Cioccolateria Mencarelli in Castelplanio (AN). The sour cherries in syrup are from the Corte Luceoli farm in Cantiano (PU) and the Mostazzoli del Duca are made by Rinascimento in Tavola di Urbino (PU).
