The artisan Panettone Marchigiano of Pasticceria Mimosa is an ancient recipe of Christmas pizza of our grandmothers but enriched with of a lot of dried fruit, small nuggets of chocolate, dried figs, for a unique, result!

This artisan panettone Marchigiano is the modern and soft version of the Pan Nociato but it's enriched with all the dried fruits (the Sibillini walnuts, the almonds of Val di Noto, the sultanas, the figs) and with the sweetness of candied oranges and drops of milk chocolate. The Panettone Marchigiano from the Mimosa pastry shop is really unique, tasty and soft. Pasticceria Mimosa s.a.s. di Roberto Cantolacqua Ripani & C. Viale Vittorio Veneto, 69, 62029 Tolentino (MC). The fortune of la Pasticceria Mimosa di Tolentino is due to his skillful pastry chef Roberto Cantolacqua. Since he was a child, Roberto took on with pastry making, thanks to his grandfather who owned a bakery. He has worked since he was teenager in the bakery, a fine flagship of Tolentino. He could be considered one of the best young italian pastry chef, thanks to his innovative and unique products, beautiful to see, and absolutely fine to taste.

Ingredients for dough: soft wheat flour type "00", butter, sugar, candied orange 6% (orange, sugar, water), dried figs 6%, walnuts 5%, water, egg yolk, raisins 4%, milk chocolate 46 % (4%) (cocoa butter, whole milk powder, sugar, cocoa beans, natural vanilla extract, emulsifier: soy lecithin), natural yeast, cinnamon, orange paste, lemon paste, honey, liqueur Marsala (liqueur wine 18% Vol.), Vanilla pods, salt. Ingredients for Amaretto icing: sugar, hazelnuts 9%, almonds 7%, egg white, bitter almonds 3%, walnuts 4%, potato starch, corn flour, bitter cocoa. It may contain traces of Peanut.
