Loving Marche is a tasting proposal that will accompany you through our beautiful region. A product for each province for a sweet and savory brunch made in Marche. A delicious pate of green olives from the Piceno area, the typical soft salami made in the Fermo area, the Pecorino with Chilli pepper from Sibillini Mountains, in the province of Macerata, the Fava Bean Pate with Wild Fennel from Fratte Rosa in the Pesaro area and the Fisherman's Biscuits from Ancona.
This delicious proposal is also a tasting itinerary among some of the excellences that each province of the Marche offers. From Ascoli, we could not miss the green olives of Piceno, made by Oleificio Silvestri, which we have chosen in the cream version to prepare delicious croutons. The tastings continue through the provinces of Fermo and Macerata from which we selected the typical local products: the Soft Salami, produced by the Bastianelli Farm, butchers for three generations, and the Pecorino Cheese with chilli pepper from Sibillini Mountains made by the Dairy Di Pietrantonio from Belforte del Chienti. From the province of Pesaro we have chosen for this menu the Fava Bean Patè with Wild Fennel, made by ILubachi. Finally, for dessert we landed in the province of Ancona to enjoy the exquisite Pralines filled with Sour Cherry wine, made by the Cioccolateria Mencarelli of Castelplanio. A menu created for those who already know the Marche region and can rediscover its flavors and for those who want to discover it and will be surely fascinated. Also available in a gift version, to strike the heart of those you love on the occasion of Valentine's Day!

Created for: The proposed selection is perfect for all lovers of the Marche region and for all lovers of traditions. For curious people and for those who appreciate typical high quality products. Perfect mix to give as a gift to someone you love or to someone you want to take on a journey through the specialties of this beautiful region. How to taste it: The selected products are all very simple and none to cook, although they can all also be used to prepare tasty dishes. Green olive and fava bean pâtés are excellent simply spread on hot croutons, but they can also be used as sauces to accompany first or second courses. The soft salami should be cut into thick slices and, if not too seasoned, it is also perfect for spreading given its similarity to the traditional "ciauscolo". Pecorino Cheese with Chilli Pepper with its spicy and savory taste is excellent to eat in slices but it is also special to enrich first courses, to make croutons or to season pizza before baking. Finally, we suggest as dessert the Fisherman's biscuit with the unmistakable and unsurpassed scent of rum!.
