Its sweet taste is the perfect complement for a simple and natural breakfast, especially for babies, enjoying particularly sugary flavours. With the addition of few ingredients, such as organic cane sugar and organic lemon juice, you will have the feeling of "bite" the fruit fresh picked.

The intense activity of the Coop. Sociale San Michele Arcangelo gave new vitality to the hills surrounding the small town of Corridonia(MC); the mutual company accomplished many kinds of crops, a vineyard, a young olive grove, an orchard for summer fruits and berries and much more. The cultivation of peach in organic agriculture has become quite widespread; it is a tree that prefers fertile soils with high water content, almost all the varieties are well suited to organic farming. Definitely, the best varieties are yellow peaches and smooth-skinned peaches with yellow flesh. To create 100 grams of this excellent Organic Peach Extra Jam the producer uses 85 grams of fruit, very different from the jams offered by large scale distributors.

The activity of the social cooperative began in 2007 with the name San Michele Arcangelo, which is also the brand of all the products made, and gave new vitality to the hills surrounding the small town of Corridonia, extending with 48 hectares of land cultivated with the sensitivity of organic. In addition to the sale of fresh products, part of the crops are handcrafted and transformed into products that have the I.C.E.A. and VEGANOK. Processing at low temperatures in vacuum-packed preserves the nutritional principles of the products intact, allowing the preservation of aromas, colors and textures.
General Information: Preserves can be consumed au naturel or cooked. How to eat: Preserves are delicious spread on warm bread or on a buttered focaccia or cookies. They pair well also with meat, instead of sauces, and with hard and savoury cheeses. Due to the high percentage of fruit, extra preserves are scrumptious also enjoyed by itself, as a dessert. The preserves can be used also to make baked desserts: pies, cookies and cakes.
