The Anise Ice with Castignano's Green Anise is a very special liqueur excellent drunk very cold. The hills of Castignano, thanks to the sunny exposure of the land and the slightly breezy climate, are the ideal place for the organic cultivation of green anise rich in aromas and flavors, characterized by a high percentage of anethole, and became a Slow Food Presidium in 2018 . With a low alcohol content, it is excellent very cold or frozen even with the addition of a slice of lemon.
