They were sweet loaves, with long leavening, enriched with spices, dried, dehydrated, caramelized, or candied fruit, with different shapes and well decorated. Rinascimento a Tavola has decided to propose it again as a Christmas dessert, in two versions that well bring back to the palate the taste and ancient flavor of court parties.

It may contain traces of milk and soy. Coating ingredients: sugar, fresh egg white, type 0 soft wheat flour, 13% almond flour, 2% sunflower oil, almonds./p>
