The Mustard Pierre Dolce al Cuore Fruit is made by the skilful blend of various kinds of candied fruit such as oranges, lemons, clementines, cedar, cherries, peaches and pears to which is added the right amount of mustard, which helps to give typical spicy notes of mustard. This taste, between sweet and spicy, makes it best matched with boiled meats or seasoned cheeses.
