On the left bank of the Tronto, near the Via Salaria, Spinetoli IS LOCATED. Piceni population created the first Roman settlements in Spinetoli, and even in the Middle Ages, the town had its own important role, thanks to their participation to the State of Ascoli. Spinetoli has several old churches, towers and some fine patrician villas with beautiful gardens and interesting works of art. Do not miss the balcony of the Tronto valley, a wonderful landscape seen from the Belvedere Square. Many appointments in honour of local culinary excellences take place in SPinetoli : from the traditional festivals, such as Stockfish in September, the most eclectic events, such as the show "Tasting the summer". Many farms are dedicated to the production of fine extra virgin oil, because we are in the territory of the olive Tenero Ascolana. Tasting Marche has selected for you one of the best mills in the area, Oleficio Silvestri, a real guarantee in terms of extra virgin olive oil.
