The Ascolana hot green peppers sauce is obtained from the combination between two very appetizing ingredients, such as tender Ascoli olives and chilli. A very tasty sauce, you can simply try it on warm bread or as a dressing on grilled vegetables or meats to enrich your dishes. It's made without addition of preservatives or additives. This product is genuine with an intense fragrance from finest Marche's olives, enhanced by the spicy taste of hot peppers.

The “Oliva Tenera Ascolana” is the queen among green olives and it's an heritage of the “Le Marche” region. The olives tree grows in the surroundings of Ascoli Piceno province. It's a long living tree and the fruits are used raw way or in several different recipes. One way is to create this nice sauce by grinding finely the green olives, with adding of extra virgin olive oil and tasty hot peppers.
