The figs cultivation well suited to the philosophy of organic method. The fig tree is considered to be resistant to pests, this means that interventions on plants are very minimal, limited to only the branches pruning. This processing guarantees the genuineness to the fruits, with a high value of vitamins and fibers, which is also found in this delicious jam that presents a quantity of fruit of 105 g per 100 g of finished product.

The preserves can be used also to make baked desserts: pies, cookies and cakes.
