he fox grape is a particular species of grapevines, imported from America for its greater resistance to pests and then used to "protect" the other screws. Its particular resistance to attacks makes it perfect for organic agriculture, and its characteristic to withstand the low temperatures makes it less vulnerable to early autumn frosts, so to be considered as an autumnal fruit. Its strength, coupled with its unique taste, has led fox grape to become one of the fruits chosen by Coop. Sociale Koinonia, with the brand San Michele Arcangelo, to adorn with its rows the hills of Corridonia (MC) and to prepare a delicious jam.
