A tasty jam made with pulba and peel of Marche oranges, excellent to be accompanied with toast and butter for a breakfast, but also excellent for pies or fruit dumplings. Given its particular sour tone, it also lends itself well to pairing with cheeses, especially fresh and soft cheeses such as ricotta.
