The Suasa Onion Jam is one of Pierre Dolce al Cuore's specialties made exclusively with indigenous products of our region, the traditional suasa onions. It is a typical product with white pulp, rosaceous tunics and a sweet taste grown in the areas of Castelleone di Suasa and San Lorenzo in Campo, in the province of Ancona.
