The Red Currant Jelly is one of the novelties among the specialties of Pierre Dolce al Cuore made with red currants from the Marches. This fruit has a pleasant, slightly tart fragrance, which combines perfectly with the lemon aroma. It has a bright red color which makes it very pleasing to the eye too!

The preserves can be used also to make baked desserts: pies, cookies and cakes.
