The Cappellacci Bisscuits made by Natura Dolce are tasty filled biscuits in which the absolute protagonist is the typical shape of a brimmed hat, from which the tasty filling emerges. From the union of soft shortcrust pastry with a particular filling based on figs, plums, sapa, chocolate and dried fruit, these biscuits have a unique and unmistakable taste. They recall the Marche tradition of working and storing ripe fruit to stock it up during the winter.

Ingredients: type 0 wheat flour, Sapa, granulated sugar, fresh eggs, prunes, gianduia chocolate (sugar, hazelnuts, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soy lecithin) figs, nuts, butter, unsweetened cocoa powder , natural flavors, raising agents (diphosphate, sodium carbonate), salt. It may contain traces of walnuts, hazelnuts and almonds.
